After a free Initial Consultation which lasts about 35-40mins,you can book in for weekly sessions which usually last approx 50-60 mins. Mostly I see people for around 8-12 sessions, however helping with a phobia takes only 3 sessions whilst stopping smoking takes only 1 visit lasting 2 hrs.
A free relaxation recording is given to everyone who makes an appointment. Listening to this nightly will help the process and we will see a difference.
